Soap die-set for high production (up to 600 soap tablets per minute) designed and manufactured for a Mazzoni LB STUR 14 supplied to our Customer to produce striated soaps of 150 g. The die-set includes: n. 2 lower half dies mounted on a single holding plate of a length exceeding 1500 mm., n. 2 upper half dies with related holding plates, with ten cavities, in total.; n. 2 resin trimmer at high resistance, dowel pins, connectors for the cooling circuit and specific discharge suction cups.
