Sas bronze die box - Laundry soap production
Set for the production of cubic laundry soap ( Marseille soap ) with weights from 100g up to 500g for SAS Cubex 2M stamper capable of producing up to 80 soaps per minute.
The bronze die box is equipped with cooling channel, the upper and lower dies engraved with the logo have also a cooling channel and are treated with NIFLON to increase the wear-resistance to facilitate the removal of the soap.
The set is completed by stainless steel plates equipped with cooling connections and soap charge and discharge pushers in high resistance resin. |
