Since the early years of soap die set production (1950) Eurostampi srl has always considered it important for its customers to provide a series of after-sales services such as:

supply of spare parts

repair of existing die sets

production of new inserts for existing sets with engravings identical to the original or new

modifications and adaptations on existing sets

supply of identical sets produced even 20/30 years ago, guaranteeing the same specifications in terms of dimensions, finishes and materials

In order to manage this type of service efficiently, the company has a large archive of drawings and a spare parts warehouse.

The computerized spare parts warehouse in order to always have the stock situation of all components has more than 8.000 items, including bushings, dowel pins, air and cooling connectors , gaskets, pins and various accessories that are custom-made or purchased in quantities necessary for production and as spare parts, such a variety of parts is the result of producing die sets for any type of stampers, from the obsolete '50s to the most modern high-level production today, for an overview of the types of die sets we produce you can consult the page [Types of soap stampers]
-Archive of drawings-
In this archive are collected, divided by customers and stampers, drawings of over 40 years of production with more than 10.000 designs of dies, all with dimensional control board and annotations at the end of production as cooling type fittings, specific logo engraving and any subsequent changes requested by the customer.
Thanks to this precise amount of information it is possible for us, even after many years, to supply individual parts such as holding plates, trimmers, worn or damaged inserts, etc.
